I am feeling very energetic and much more alert without having to have coffee for the first time in many years but, this is not a new feeling on HCG. I have actually felt this way since the beginning. I never thought I would reach 22 days of 500 calories a day. Now I feel like I am getting more than enough food. I am satisfied and not hungry. Every now and then I get a twinge to eat something bad but, I just go eat some green beans with lemon and parmesan cheese or make a hamburger and I am good. I also chew a lot of sugarless gum. That really helps if you get a craving for sugar. I know some people say not to have Aspartame because it can stall weight loss or cause your Hypothalamus not to reset but, since I am not in Phase 3 as of yet when your body resets itself, I am not gonna worry about it.
