What are the different phases of the HCG Protocol?

So what are the different phases all about? Dr. ATW Simeons wrote the book Pounds and Inches back in the 50's and if you comment I would be happy to send you a copy of it. In his book he describes the different phases. More recently this Protocol was updated by Kevin Trudeau who is not a Dr. but, a man that wanted to make money. He took the Simeons Protocol and added his own phases and I think and he tweaked the food you could eat a bit. I myself read Simeons book and I try to follow that original version closely. Simeons Phases consist of the following

Phase 1

10 day cleanse (optional) I did not do this and I only know of 1 person that has. No different results.


Phase 2

minimum of 23 days of a very low calorie diet some people do 43 days like me



Phase 3

Eat anything you want EXCEPT sugar and starches. The rule is that you must weigh
yourself every morning. This phase takes a minimum of 3 weeks for your weight to
stabilize. As long as your weight stays within two pounds of the weight reached on the day of the last injection don't worry about what you are eating but the moment
the scales goes up two pounds you must skip breakfast and lunch, drink plenty of
water and eat a huge steak with only 1 apple or a raw tomato. After week 3 your your
hypothalamus is reset and now you can gradually add back sugar and starches.
